As S&L ushers in the next generation of their family-owned business, they recognized the need for expansion to accommodate the ever-changing food distribution industry.
Having undergone warehouse expansions in 2002 and 2018, this marks the first venture into real estate expansion. By teaming up with SCED and Northern California National Bank, S&L successfully acquired the adjacent property. The new addition provides ample space for equipment storage and future expansions as S&L continues to grow.

While visiting S&L, SCED enjoyed a tour of their headquarters and new property led by Chris and Beckie, the general manager and controller, respectively.
